Q: What should I wear to the last BBQ of the year?
A: Rule number 1: everyone wears a hoodie, it’s required for admission.
Q: Can I bring my dog to the park?
A: The only animals allowed in this event are the ones getting cooked. No pets or dogs allowed. Reasonable accommodation requests are reviewed on case by case basis. Please email hoodieseasonltd@gmail.com to request RA.
Q. Can I change my meal?
A. No you can not, but you can purchase another one to support a black owned business.
Q. Can I bring my own lawn chairs ?
A. Yes, lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. We also provide fire pits, no need to pack one of those.
Q. Where can I park?
A. There will be designated space where you can not park, which is a designated emergency lane by the DC Government subject to towing, and will have signs reading no parking. Street parking will be available near the entrance and the construction site adjacent to the event. Follow the directions from security. If you are close to the orange cones don’t park there. Parking is limited and ride share is encouraged.
Q. Is it safe or permitted to touch the fire or fire pits?
For everyone’s safety, only Hoodie Season Committee members are permitted to handle or touch the fire and fire pits. If you need more wood, stop by check in or ask someone with an event badge.
Q: When will I get the address for The Last BBQ of the Year?
Please, follow us on instagram. The address for The Last BBQ of the Year will be released on IG 48 hours before the event, and emailed out to ticket holders. Follow us for updates @hoodieseaonltd
