The real work.
The Hustlers
Guild
The Hustlers Guild is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded by three Obama Administration alumni to address violence and the lack of positive exposure in the youth population. Based in D.C., HG’s mission focuses on the college readiness and professional development of youth ages 10 - 19 by creating a pipeline to careers in fine arts, technology, and entertainment. HG uses popular culture as a vehicle to assist more youth from under-resourced communities interested in opportunities beyond their block and provides positive alternatives to violence. “Don’t Shoot Guns, Shoot Cameras” is an initiative that helps youth learn the aspects of the film industry while providing a creative alternative to gun violence.
DC WISE1 Inc.
DC WISE1 Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps to mentor young girls and women to reach their full potential. The Hoodie Project was a thought and a dream that has now manifested into a donation project. The Hoodie Project is a campaign to collect jackets, sweaters, and Hoodies along with other items to keep all DC Youth warm, especially those walking to school. The Hoodie Project has three phases:
Establish collection centers.
Private distribution and discreet giving; and
Hit the streets to give to students, in immediate need, walking to school in the wintry cold.
The autumn
leaf
The Autumn Leaf Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization borne from the dreams of Hoodie Season. This new non-profit is developing new pilot programs to further assist public school students. Our initiatives will raise funds to provide financial support for classroom supplies that will be delivered directly to the school administrators. In January 2027, we will begin accepting applications for an academic scholarship that will be awarded to a recent High School graduate in preparation for their freshman year in college.
