The Vendor Registration Deadline is October 25th;

After October 25th, the Vendor Price is subject to increase and remaining availability.

For Sponsors, payment will be accepted until November 6, but to receive the benefit of Premium logo enhancements (e.g. exclusive merchandise, custom wristbands, charger stations, printed flyers, etc.) and the live podcast interview, payment must be submitted by October 31, 2026 to guarantee premium logo and branding deliverables.
